Too much salt yesterday. Going to have to try the watermelon today without any sprinkled on top. Not discouraged by weight gain. I made good choices yesterday, and kept my calories down 400 less than the previous day. It will all balance out!

Never heard of watermelon with salt on it, @jimmiepop!? You haven't lived yet! When I was a kid, my mom put salt on orange slices, too, but I prefer the big navel ones that are deliciously sweet and easy to peel.

Guess it's what you get used to. My dad always put salt on his watermelon so I did too. Now I refrain from doing that, but I still like it. He said it made it taste sweeter. Also, I think the old-fashioned ones with seeds taste better but I can't find them in the stores.
