From 67 to 65 in 11 days. I consumed pure vegetables and some pasta during the week. I felt lighter and I feel my body can easily digest the food that I am eating. It was great! I also tried meditation during the night and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar every other day.
143.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
