140 seemed elusive for so long- just teasing you and seemingly out of reach and now- BAM- even when you have a gain- you are below it. Did you do something different or just keep trucking along with all your hard work and it finally said OK Fine- here it is! ?

Thanks DP and DF 😊. main changes were to stop eating breakfast and being more conscious of eating only what I plan, not what's left over.
so far so good. I'm going to try to stay at this eating and exercise level with anticipation that it will level off. Thank you for the kind words. it means so much.
