😒🙄😏 This is bad but not a shocker since it's been all celebration for me since June 1st. Son graduation, 18th bday, resigning from work, and not being able to run/jog/walk for a month now because of my foot injury. To top it all of I been logging all my big portions of 2,500 calories a day😣😖 I been allowing myself too much carbs and a minimum of 25g of sugar which is terrible since I was doing only 1,700 calories and less than 10g of sugar a day while being active. Tomorrow I have a whole day planned out for Father's day as well which include no healthy options 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I guess come Monday I need to restart my old habits if not I see myself leaving my maintenance stage which I started on Feb 2021 right back into obesity excatly how I got there in the first place.

Yfritz😂😂😂 I have huge appetite that has decreased by half atleast when I was at my biggest over 250lb I was doing 3,500 of just super bad food atleast now when I do get to 2,500 it mostly consist of veggies and fruits 😣

If you stay off of the restaurant food, it will probably be easier (and healthier) to track the calories. Glad to see you've caught yourself sliding back into old habits, and are correcting. You got this, Girl! 💛
