been struggling to get back into the 72 zone since I went to the Karoo mid May. but I'm happy that to also know that I can maintain while having a more intuitive eating style and even though I haven't been tracking and logging as thoroughly I feel like I'm in a healthy space Ito understanding my body, and managing the food monster within.
