Weight loss is very slow now but it’s still going down. Still getting closer to moving out of the overweight BMI a and that’s an amazing goal to be able to reach.

184.5 lb Lost so far: 146.2 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
