So bloated today. I couldn't sleep last night because of my balloon belly.
162.7 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1355 kcal Fat: 42.68g | Prot: 83.22g | Carb: 155.56g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Kellogg's All Bran Flakes, SPAR 2% Low Fat Milk,  Bananas. Lunch: All Gold Tomato Sauce,  Fish Fingers. Dinner:  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten),  Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin , Woolworths Baby Gem Squash ,  Brown Rice,  Sweet Potato, PnP Butternut,  Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: Woolworths Sliced Ostrich Biltong. more...
