Hey there... I am with you, when I did start exercising I gained a pound it was such a defeating thought but Leslie Sansone has kept my Walk Away the Pounds DVD lively enough to get me loosing again. I hate to exercise but by the grace of God have I managed to stick with it 5-6 days a week. And to think I get to do this routine the rest of my life, what's good about knowing that is, I finally get this is a "lifestyle" change, and there is no going back to my old bad eating habits if I want to maintain a healthy mind and body.
