Really struggling with weight.
Starting a diet this time of year, probably setting myself up to fail, but need to do this now. Blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol all high.
Time to get healthy:)
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi Katie, I know just how you feel! I too just started a diet yesterday. I got to 165 lbs and was hating myself. I am doing a protein shake, veggie juice, Bragg apple cider vinegar and lemon juice cocktail fast, All raw and about 1000 calories a day. I am not going to stop until I hit my goal weight of 145 lbs. Hello Mardee; Thank you, I find having to be accountable/share info with someone, you try harder. The Bragg apple cider vinegar and lemon juice cocktail sounds good, can you share details?
