It’s so hard been close to a goal and the scale barely shifts!
Thinking about getting a Fitbit for the next goal. Anyone find them helpful?
191.4 lb Lost so far: 139.3 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
