How ironic - probably the worst crisis week since I started my health regime over two years ago. Very busy work schedule plus guests threw me completely off track. The guests were wonderful and lovely to see them but the change in my schedule when already tired and trying to get going after Christmas was too much. But all things considered, the damage was less than it might have been. For the first time since I started, I´ve been worried that it would now all unravel but I have been to the gym again (and looked forward to it) and I ate according to plan yesterday, so I am hoping that I can keep going forward!
181.9 lb Lost so far: 89.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
