About to meet someone for a five o'clock dinner and I am still forcing the oatmeal down. Just added dice ham to make it tasty. Some days I like oatmeal, okay. Today is not one of those days.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
