Woke at 214# ,Was trying to tweak and fine tune my WOE habits and realized I had not been taking my probiotic,also did OMAD yesterday, trying to get on fast track again. So I hope that had something to do with some weight loss, I did play pickleball last night under 60* and extremely windy.BBUURRR cold for me chilly 52* in Florida today and I'm DO N OK !!
