WOW....WOW this is all i can say!!! it must be all the bread and red meat finally leaving my system ;0)i am very happy with the weigh in this morning hopefully i have kicked this weight loss journey back on track and it will continu on the downwards trend again (well at least until Xmas) dont know if i'll meet my 80kg by Xmas goal but i NEED to be close.....
