I had a very low calorie day yesterday. I was not hungry so it must have been enough and I like the loss. Thankful it’s Friday and plan to get some food shopping and prep done tonight
172.2 lb Lost so far: 33.9 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
