If the M stands for Muscle and the F is fat, is that not good? Yes the weight went up , probably due to sodium! My weight us up as expected after my Chinese Food Dinner laden with sesame oil and soya sauce. The olives in brine and the kelp in the sushi seem more accountable. Good choice overall. You will drop it just as suddenly.

To Fiberoptic: Thank you for your comment. It was new for me that salt is trigger to make me fat. Other FS member also wrote down about salt when I attached the picture of salad that was from my favorite salad restaurant, but whenever I ate my weight gain. I thought it was just huge amount. About the meals on NYE, I thought the reason is Carbs (Sushi rice, crackers, and I ate sweets: no pics here). I will be careful next time. Happy New Year to you.
