Good morning!
It's gonna be a cute, short little journal entry today. The King is busy, busy, busy! :)
I'm heading out the door for my walk in about ten minutes, and I'll be walking for my usual hour, maybe just 50 minutes today. Then I'll get to the gym where I open the store today - AND do my workout. This will finish at 8 AM.
Next step is going to work, prep for a meeting and be in that meeting the rest of the day. No time to journal from work, no time to journal much more than this for right now. Sorry about that.
Still, it's a lot better to NOT have enough time to journal (because I'm being active) than to have too much time to journal and get bored in general too. Right?

Yesterday was crazy hectic. I put almost 24,000 steps behind me, and according to Fitbit, I burned something like 3,800 calories.
My food intake was only 1,900 - WAY too low for a day like that. I wasn't hungry for more, though, and I met my nutrients goals. I think I'll be okay.
I can, however, feel the fatigue in my legs. This isn't good since I'm gonna go walk. I'll do my best and hope my workout will be okay too.

Today, I'm thankful for: - Friday is WEEKEND! - Morning coffee! - Fatsecret - Wife! - A fun day ahead (I hope).
