Another nice weight loss today! This brings me to yet another milestone!
I have now lost 20 kgs, and I am getting pretty close to being half way. I am really damn proud of my progress. I was a little curious about my weight loss this morning, as I did not feel fully in control of my food yesterday, though I am sure I did just fine. I registered everything, but still had that feeling that I was not doing right. I guess it turned out that I did good. :)
Today, I will keep controld. Do good. Lose weight.
I wonder when next fluctuation time will be? Probably very soon.
