Confused but I'll take it. Went to a Mexican restaurant & had a little of everything I shouldn't then had some for dinner. I topped off the night with a third of a probiotic shake. Didn't sleep until 1:30am then up at 7am....arghhh. Have a safe & healthy day. Oregon, California, Louisiana & Mississippi🙏🙏🙏🙏
