wow one month in and ive finally dropped below 100 kg for the first time in about 10 years!!! it feels great although cant seem to see any difference in my body shape which is a little disheartening but with less than 20 kg to go (that little 200g makes all the difference:0)) im sure one day i'll look in the mirror and be completely shocked!
