Thursday July 25 - Today is my 11 month anniversary of Operation Oatmeal so it's time for my 'small and subtle changes' of gratitude list.
June 26 through July 25, 2013
*Lost 6lbs bringing total loss to 109lbs since August 25, 2012
*Stopped overshopping and stuffing the fridge; fresher produce
*Walking to the market for single bags instead of mega shopping
*Had a nice boutique and dining out experience
*Started antidepressants rather than forcing myself to tough it out
*Continued to being inspired daily by wonderful friends here
I am firmly fixed in the 'slow but steady' phase of this as the noticeable physical improvements are not as prominent as they were throughout the first 50lb to 80lbs lost so the list of changes is dimishing as well.

here.Thank you all for being my wonderful friends. I know we all have to have the determination within ourselves to change but it indeed helps to have your encouragement, advice and support on days when the suit of armor wrinkles.
