Hello everyone. I've been off for awhile, sorry. I've been battling family illnesses, physical as well as mental. I finally figured out what the final trigger was that caused by backwards movement in weight. I was aware the constant nitpicking and passive insults from both my Mother & my Hubby caused me doubt and anger, but here's the kick in the butt, the final nail in my weight loss coffin was seeing a picture of myself in a swimsuit. I had worked so hard to get down to under 190 and I still look like a whale. I've seen the picture over the weekend and it hit me like a ton of bricks, I caused this shift in my health because I chose the wrong damn bathing suit..what an idiot. I fully intend on correcting this. I wanted all of you to know how important you all are to me. Over the past four or so years I've always been able to count on you to listen and be helpful not hurtful. If you can love people you've never met, then I love you folks with all my blubbery heart, thank you for being there for me. Thank you Fatsecret for giving us this special place to come home to. Stay healthy🙏😁
