Missed the scale first thing because I was running late, so logging two cups of coffee and eggs in there. It'll show as a loss in the morning unless I finish the rest of the watermelon though, so there's that. I thought the smoke from the fire had killed my nest of baby birds, but this morning they're making a lot of noise, so that's good news. They were quiet, or I just didn't hear them, but they're back. So relieved. Nest is 75' up, so learning to fly is the next scary phase. Long day yesterday, didn't walk, didn't swim, can't let that happen again. It can set me up for a bad mood the next day if I'm not careful. Super busy, still trying to leave at 2. Enjoy the day.
