So far I am enjoying my newfound healthy lifestyle. The exercise and diet are making me feel better. I have more energy and I just seem to be more laid back and easy going. I guess its good for my brain too.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
