I do not think I would trust that measurement. At that weight ... there would be very little fat

To Liv001: Thank you for your comment. I check my weight right after wake up. Every Monday, my body rhythm is unstable, because I eat more carbohydrates on weekends with my husband. Hehehehe.

At 6 July you weighted 46.4 kgrs, fat 18.9% which was 8.77 kgrs of fat. Today you weight 46.3 kgrs, fat 20.2% which is 9.35 kgrs of fat. So in just one day you lost 100 grms of bodyweight and altered your body composition gaining 0.58 kgrs of fat. I think you understand that this is impossible.

To Tassos67: WOW! Thank you for analyzing it. July 5th I ate 1 pound of hamburger. July 6th I ate tofu and vegetables. Meat fat reduce more fat.
