Lost 700g for the month of June. After almost 3 months on a plateau and changing contraceptives, I am rather please with this little loss. Now to focus this month on smashing through the 75kg mini goal I have been so close to since lockdown started! 💃🏽
166.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 July 2020:
1464 kcal Fat: 51.27g | Prot: 78.08g | Carb: 169.04g.   Breakfast: Nola Mayonnaise,  Cheddar Cheese,  Butter, Albany Best of Both White Bread. Lunch:  Passion Fruit,  Bananas , Lancewood Double Cream Coconut Yoghurt. Dinner:  Green String Beans,  Red Cabbage , Tastic Brown Rice, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Lancewood Fat Free Cottage Cheese,  Rice Crackers. more...
