Thanks, Shir! ❤️ My body isn't very forgiving these days. A bad day or two equals at least a week of hard work and low calories to fight the scale back down... When will I learn? 🙄

It's the same with me, it I don't stay on the straight and narrow every day I'm just spinning my wheels.

Thanks, guys! I sure always feel like I am gaining a bit or working on losing. Is this maintaining? Somehow I feel I should be more stable. 😁

Variance during maintenance is normal. I swung 4lbs this week alone. Try looking at graph of your weight over past 30 days to see if your trending up/down/neutral.
Maybe I'll post some graphs.

Hi sk! I'm staying close to "goal" either a bit below or a bit above. I think what I mean about being more stable is not having days I overeat and then working so hard to compensate. I want to learn better control! Which, after all this time, I should know better! My "trend" lately is to be pretty good at control for several weeks and then blow it considerably for a day or two. 😁 Still working on replacing poor habits I've developed over a lifetime! I have the tools, I just decide not to use them too often!
