UGH!!! Why are the weekends so hard? It's like all of my will-power goes out the door when I clock out on Friday. I know it's my own doing but I'm frustrated with myself.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
