Back on track.
I needed a quick 3.5 mile walk immediately after dinner to help deplete some of the excess sodium I had yesterday. I was unaware deli meat had so much in there.
I had a very productive 4 day weekend with outdoor projects and now I am back behind a pc for the next 9.5 hours. Is it Friday already?

@liv001 - Yessssss. For now, I am 2 hrs 15 minutes away from a 6 mile walk and then I will cool off with a Summer Ale while eating dinner in the back yard. Life is good.
