Yesterday, I walked for a loooong time. We joined the peaceful protests to mourn the death of Mr. George Floyd in downtown in support of the black community of my city. Anyway, we must have marched for like 6 miles! I was so sore by the time we got home. I don't ever walk that much, so my body is feeling a little bit out of sorts right now. When I got home last nite, I had a very looooong dinner where I had my meal, then had a snack, and then had ice cream. I hadn't eaten like that in a while.
So, to my monthly numbers:
Last month: May 2020 Weight 145.5 lbs Body Fat 36%
This month: June 2020 Weight 145 lbs Body Fat 37%
I don't know about that 1% rise in body fat. I'm probably bloated from last night's dinner. Plus, I feel so strong. I've been doing 3 one-hour workouts a week, and cardio over the weekend. It's time to get a bit more mindful. Stay safe, FS!
