Small drop, nothing significant but every little bit helps. I haven't has a loss in a week or so! I am happy this morning that I got on the scale.

All in all this was a good day. I got my vegetables planted, I stayed on plan the whole day and I plan on staying on plan tomorrow also. That half pound I lost gave me the oomph I needed to not go off on an eating binge. Believe me, it was knocking at the door!
