Thank you all; I'm on high fat, low carb, moderate protein. Bacon and cheesy eggs for brunch, chicken wings and roasted brussel sprouts for dinner. Two meals in a 6/18 time restriction. When I stick to it, this works for me. Now comes the stick to it part!
