Believe it or not, I weighed in at 121.6 yesterday as well. This is known as the "Rona" lean out! lol - Measurements remain the same (27-28 in waist, 33 chest, and 32-33 in hips). I will say, I can really see the muscle definition popping, especially in the obliques and lower abdominal muscles. It's starting to fill up some of that loose skin. I don't know that I'll lean out anymore, but never say never. This metabolism is definitely not a roaring fire right now, but that's okay and to be expected. Caloric trajectory for this week is the same as last. Still hanging healthy and strong my friends and I hope your are too! Love and Blessings.
