I love that you are able to post your weight every day. When I am doing bad I avoid the scale. Then I'll step on it and see a 10 pound gain. I haven't posted my weight in about 2 weeks and have avoided the scale for about the same time. I bought 2 boxes of pop-tarts the last time I went to Winco and am half way through the first box of 12 frosted blueberry.

I love pop tarts! ❤️ so delicious and not filing at all. I didn't expect a gain. I did an hour of yard work, lifted for an hour, ate way fewer calories. Oh well. The way I look at it is that I'm doing this for me so I need to record it all. Everyone on here is an internet stranger to me, Diablo aside...so I really couldn't care less what anyone thinks of my gains and losses. When I lose one day, there's an 80% chance they'll (the pounds) be back tomorrow and I refuse to care. My advice to you is to record it whether you want to or not...but I've told you that before. I post my weight every day also. Although everyone is an internet stranger, I still have trouble posting bad news. Once again, you are a role model, davidsprincess. Keep rocking it! Carry on and eat Poptarts!

For myself I only weigh once a week on Monday morning. If there is anything I have learned these past two years is that my weight can swing up to 2 lbs either way day to day based on how food is moving through my body, if my water intake was higher or lower, if I had more than the usual exercise and the density of the food I ate. If I tried to monitor it day to day I would be neurotic! As long as I see it going down slowly overtime all is good.
