I am recording my weight today as I have bronchitis and the doctor put me on steroids which will lead to weight gain. Which is fortunately just water and I will lose it quickly once I am off of them. I also had to have a nebulizer treatment today. Sigh. The receptionist said Sheri it isn't even spring yet. I know!
