I’ve been upping my cardio intensity. Who knew an incline of 6 (on the treadmill) could be so exhausting!! A few minutes at 6 and I wanna collapse 😂😅 It feels like running!

I love the burn in my legs from inclining the treadmill. Don’t use the treadmill often though.

I usually only warm up on the treadmill but I decided I need to improve my cardiovascular health. I’ve add a few extra miles a week on the treadmill. I do most of my mile at an incline of 3 or 4. 6 is a killer! 😂😂😂

I use the incline to stretch my achilles and now to build up my glutes. they disappeared with the swimming. it also is easier on my knees to go uphill than flat. for whatever reason it's less boring than flat.

Omg Keyten!!! You are a beast!! I’m at 3.5 speed which is a challenge for my short legs 😅 I’ve been liking the added benefit of the ham and glute workout as well 😄

Lol 😂 I think that is why I’m losing so much water weight! Today I started earlier in my workout and decreased the speed to 3.3 and it was much easier 😃
