First day off for a week. I didn't sleep well, had dreams of bad days at work lol. maybe my body is just unwinding. don't know how to relax. I'm gonna start the day by hiking with the dog! I added goat cheese this week, ketones went from weird 3+ back to 1. cheese defiantly lowered my ketones but 1 is fine. I don't have it often. my dang body is so sensitive. keto carnivore on! 😃

Time off sounds lovely. One ketone is still ketosis so that is good. Have a nice weekend keto carnivore girl, I am definitely ketoing today.

Liv001 ya, for 4 days my ketones were crazy high, I have no idea why they've never been 3-4+ till last week. Maybe not body was burning fat for a change. Who knows. Thanks. Yup I'm normally around 1 . I don't check that often but have been checking since I saw that high ketone streak last week. 😂 have a great day 👍
