My monthly weigh in! I'm a lot smaller, so let's see what the data says. Whether or not I lost any weight, I am fitter. My clothes fit and look better, and I am slimming down considerable. There is definitely some body re-compositioning going on.
So, my monthly numbers:
Last month: December 2019 Weight 143.5 lbs Body Fat 38%
This month: January 2020 Weight 144.5 lbs Body Fat 35%
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My body fat percentage has gone down SUBSTANTIALLY! You know that 1 pound gain is muscle. Nice!!! Also, I am losing inches. I lost 1 inch on my waist and am down to 32 inches. I also lost 2 inches on my hips and am down to 39 inches. Whoopdidoooo!!!!
Phenomenal news. What a great way to start the new year! I'll celebrate by hitting the gym before breaking my fast. Yay!!!
