Happy Holidays & Happy New Year. A toast to a new & better year. 2019 was fretted with loss(not weight, although until the holidays I managed to maintain), and injuries, this year I plan to keep my eyes on my goal. My goal does indeed include weight loss but that is not all. I intend to become healthier and therefore less prone to injuries, I also plan on publishing my book(written back in 2007). I've been dragging my feet due to fear of rejection(I'll let you know when it is available😉). I weighed myself this morning for the first time in a month & although I'm angry with myself.im not depressed over it. I know, with your help, I'll be right back on track. Thank you all for being there. 😘🙋🙏
