I pray everyone's Thanksgiving was as special as mine. I've once again did a full restart as of 10pm last night. Changed my goal weight back to a shorter goal period and less weight. Due to the injuries I have, I needed to reconfigure my exercise routine (at least for now). My injuries are healing however I'm having neck & facial problems but I'm working around them. I've missed you folks over the past week. Have a Healthy Day 🙋♀️
