Carb refeed! I've been eating unrestricted veggies and too many tortillas. I decided to go off keto while my garden is producing an abundance of produce. Still on no sugar or flour. This is a glycogen regain. I'll go back to carnivore/keto in a bit. I'm cycling with the season here. I've also been walking and gardening, so I'm not too worried about this, just a break from constant gardening; a diet holiday. Enjoying my varied diet.

My neighbor who is an organic farmer dropped off a huge bag of beets with greens, carrots and 4 dozen tortillas (made from his own heritage corn). This was a thank you for helping his wife renovate their flower bed.

Many have fruit trees in their garden here, and it is a popular gift during the season. A friend want to be a bit original, and plan to plant several Arabica coffee trees. He do not drink coffee himself, but like the idea of giving coffee to friends.
