I’m sorry for your loss. Around here we do family lunches at times like this. So many hard things to log! I try my best to stick to things like chicken, veggies and potatoes that I can guess at rather than casseroles. If you have a similar meal you should be okay doing that. Talk through your emotions rather than eat them ;).
