All in all, a good week. I had the hungries last night and aye way over, but i logged it. Other than that i did a lot of things right. I did IF, drank my water, stayed w/in my calories, got in my steps, etc. Hoping to regain my better habits. So fun to come back to many familiar "faces"!)
