These last couple of months, months of focusing on reducing stress and practicing mindfulness instead of pilates/weights/hiking/cardio, these months were a blessing. But they are over! This happened because I was assaulted verbally by a very threatening supervisor, and I needed a break. But it also served as an experiment. Apparently, without any exercise at all, these 10 hour workdays of inactivity really take a toll on my body. My weight, body fat, and inches went up across two months! That's crazy. And it's crazy motivation to get back on a fitness schedule, and not just planking at night after work. Nuh-uh. Let's get it on!
Last month: July 2019 Weight 156.5 lbs Body Fat 41%
This month: August 2019 Weight 158.5 lbs Body Fat 41.5%
With the US navy calculator for body fat, I'm also seeing that my lean mass has remained at the same level throughout the changes. It's at 92 pounds. I've had as much as 101 pounds of lean mass when I up my fitness, so let's see if I can increase it.
Happy Sunday, FS family!!
