I am closely approaching my one-year mark for Intermittent Fasting (IF), and my body has changed soooo much. My taste buds are different, craving less sugar and more real foods. My digestive system is different, telling me sooner when I am full. TMI, but my output in the restroom is different, which is much more ... healthy. Lols. And my body is physically changing. I lost so many inches on my waist, and my body looks waaay leaner. I have had to buy smaller clothes, and then donate them months later because I lose more inches on my body... multiple times. I feel stronger even though my exercise is minimal. Plus, I feel like I have more time in the day and more control over my health and life.
I'm brainstorming on how to celebrate my one-year mark, and what I want to do, if anything, differently. If ya'll have any ideas or tips, please comment!
