This is a week of no loss. But no gain either. I had done three weeks of near zero carb - carnivore eating with steady losses. This past week I had some dairy, protein powder and a few veggies and that little bit of carb creep seems to have stalled me out. I'm going to fast today and then I'll see if I want to extend it. Then get back to zero carbs since that seems to work and I feel good on that WOE. Happy day off to all of you who are getting a holiday. My Dad was a WW11 vet, so I am thinking of those who fought in that war especially today.
