Good morning!
I'm glad to see a little of the weight go away. It's 300 grams. Not bad, but I'd love to see some more lost.
I don't think that'll really happen until my low cal days - there's quite a way to the 89 point something I hit just a few days ago. Still, I know there is no fat gain, so it's all good.
It'll be a short journal today - it's sunday and I'm hanging with my family.
Yesterday went well. I stayed within RDI as planned for a NON indulgence day. It wasn't all good food choices, but not all bad either. My main thing is to stick to RDI, and I did that. Good boy.
Today is another "normal" day. This means 2300 calories, according to my new system.
The only restriction is that I can not eat after dinner, as tomorrow is LOW CAL day, and I want a 24 hour fast in there. I'm actually looking forwards to it, as it makes my body a lot happier. I feel like I have been over eating this weeken, and I feel like I did it simply because I was allowed. That's a bad thing in my book.
So I am happy and ready to go on Low Cal tomorrow.
Today, i'm thank for: - A good night's sleep. I woke up at 6 am, not 3 am. Nice. - A nice breakfast with Wife, and enjoying the leftover coffee! - Ghostbusters 1 and 2 on morning tv
