I figured I wouldn’t bother weighing in because most of everything I’d gain would be water weight and gone in a day or 2 (like usual) but... it doesn’t look like it. It’s Wednesday morning and the scale is just barely gone done since Sunday evening 😟 oh well play hard, work hard

Food debauchery 😂😂😂 I’m totally using that. Good news is, your body can’t make 3# of fat or muscle in 2 days, so rest assured it’s ONLY water retention.
