Wrong direction despite hard core sticking to my diet and exercise plan. I know Rome wasn't build in a day but it feels like I'm living in the ruins of the colosseum waiting for Caesar to return.
Ok, so that's a bit melodramatic, but I did have a Caesar salad last night, and we do have two original seats from the colosseum stadium in LA sitting in the back yard......
90 days. I'll try to be more rigid for 90 days so I can reestablish the body I had for the first 50 years. Then go back to a 90% rigid lifestyle that kept me there all that time.
