In Ketosis 1.6 Weight up and down flux around set point of 150. Going forward...stay here or get that last 5# off? Great decisions to have to face....considering my start down this path. I am very grateful. I have a loving family and such, such, supportive friends. Today, we do this! Thank you so much.
